So much of the health industry focuses on extremes, when it should really be about finding balance. Callie's approach to nutrition and food is about honoring that balance by focusing on what will nourish, invigorate, and restore your mind body connection - in other words, self care.

Imagine a life that includes a balanced relationship with food, less confusion around nutrition, and freedom from diet culture. When you give yourself permission to let go of the noise and to truly put your wellbeing first, you are better able to give energy, time, and love to more important things in your life. 

Callie has an MPH in Community Nutrition as well as a MS in Clinical Nutrition. She's also a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.
